I was wondering what was the form...since I never heard of it until now lol

It is an e-notification of application/petition acceptance form and the instruction clearly say" Please note that only those forms that are currently accepted at one of the three USCIS Lockbox facilities located in Chicago, Phoenix, and Lewisville, TX., provide you with the option to receive an e-mail and/or text message informing you that USCIS has accepted your application or petition. " so if you are filing for I-751(Removing of condition on your permanent residence card) you can only mail your i-751 application to California or Vermont Service Centers. in Summary, Chicago, Phoenix and Lewisville do not handle I-751 applications so that this form does not apply to I-751 applications. However, when you file for N-400(Citizenship) or I-485 & I-130(Adjustment of status) you can submit G-1145 with them.

Hope this helps
