Hello everybody, (F)

I have just noticed, that my case, I-765 and I-485 in particular, were both touched ..on saturday :o !!!Wow!

I didn't know those guys were actually working on weekends. That's something really surprising since we have to deal with the government, and these ppl don't seem to be workaholics at all.

Pleasant surprise, I guess...

Hopefully it was a "good" touch..:-)

have a nice weekend everyone!

.....And the White Sox have won the World Series

Newlygreek:

No, despite some of the bad experiences posted here - these people do work well - consider the great experiences also posted (mine and several people I know had excellent service from USCIS and we appreciate it.) They do work on Saturdays - our AOS was received on Saturday and even the interviewing office is open on Saturdays - I do not know if they schedule interviews on Saturdays also.

The negative experience seem to be so obnoxious (and I understand their frustration) that they overshadow the pleasant experiences posted in abundance here. Also, many people equate their bad experiencew with the SSN or MV as the 'same people' - thats like saying my Ford car and Harley Davidson motorcycles were made by the same people. Good Luck

N.B. Be careful how people interpret your new name (it has a wierd sexual conotation.)

What???????? :o:o:o:o:o:wacko:

How come? Is there smth I do not know???My husband didn't seem to mind or point...I'm confused!!!! :crying:

hey, motu..thank you for pointing out at a good side of USCIS workers!

You are actually right, sometimes, we keep forgetting or mixing up, and a bad experience smt overcoming the good one..

But I still think that there is only one way the government knows how to do stuff-BADLY!

Despite having some good ppl, it is still a bureaucracy:(it's still smth that is not very efficient and needs to be decreased in size big times BUT! step by step...:yes::yes:
