I've been working 24 hours a day for the past week (home aide) and so am feeling pretty braindead - I'm just about ready now to start working another 12 hour shift and rather than trust what's in my brain I'm double checking with eveyrone here..

This is the third time I've applied for advance parole and yes, I should know it all off by heart .. but like I said Im double checking:

Here we go then:-

1. THe fee now is $175???

2. Question 3 is "Class of Admission" - so for my 9 year old this would be K2??

3. The address it's sent to is:- U S Citizenship & Immigration Services, PO Box 805887, Chicago IL60680-

4120.

4. I've taken a copy of her visa identifiation sheet out of her passport as one of ht enclosures.

I need to get this off tomorrow afternoon and would appreciate any feedback.

PS - For some reason I can't access the EXample Forms but then my brain is dead so ....
