Hey everyone,

So this question is for a friend, her brother in law got married in Pakistan... not sure when. But now his wife is pregnant and

his sister in law and brother are sponsoring on his behalf. Is that possible? and secondly his wife is pregnant..

How does one go about sponsoring someone pregnant?

Any answers will help.

So basically a brother who is a US citizen is sponsoring his brother (plus wife and unborn kid)? Yes it is possible, but takes about 11 years to get the visa. Of course the child will be born by then, but just to say, pregnancy does not count in terms of visa- only once the child is born does he factor into visas/ financial sponsorship etc.
