I hope this will get some results. It is definitely ridiculous that it is taking this long - especially for CSC as they are generally faster at processing applications for ROC than VSC. You have done everything that you can possibly do (service requests, filed N400 to try and move it along etc), it is just so frustrating!!

I really hope you will hear something very very soon! Please keep us updated!

Well...It's been about 11 months since my NOA (05/31/2011) and i haven't heard from them (vermont service center) ever since the biometrics. I should be eligible to file for the N-400 by the end of the next month and i think that's what i am going to do. Best luck for all of you!

Got a letter back from the congressman today, basically it's just a receipt stating that he will put in an inquiry directly to the CSC's director about the case.

I have a feeling something is going to happen this month... fingers crossed.

10 months + for CSC, that is so weird. Your case is very unique one. I have been following you closely, hang in there. Please keep us posted if you hear anything.

We had an interview almost two weeks ago and the officer told us we were approved. But so far, i have not received any emails, or letters in the mail confirming the approval.. I was wondering if this is normal? I was expecting to at least receive an email confirming it.... but nothing.... After waiting 10 months at CSC and then two SR and then an interview, i can't help but not feel positive without a written confirmation in hand. Hope i hear something soon..

I think USCIS gets pleasure out of torturing us...it's almost a YEAR for June filers, this is asinine!!

CONGRATS !....... You will get so many e-mails from USCIS now until you get your GC, because they have started mailing GC's with the "Pick-up & Delivery Confirmation".

You will probably get it in a week or so. Fortunately, GCs are not made by USCIS, but by a non-government private company in MO.

Finally some news. After hiring an attorney and responding to the RFE he received in the mail today.......ta dah.....you have been approved and will receive your new green card within 60 days.

Yes, just in time to file for citizenship.

Thank you so much!! I too, thought that the ones that had the same bio date would probably get approved all around the same time. I just can't believe it has dragged on THIS long! The most frustrating part of it all is the waiting and wondering. See others getting approved and the months pass by and still no news... There are a few names still on the June CSC list that haven't been updated in a while, so not sure what their status are but Steve D is still waiting and I just wish they would hurry up and contact him and at least let him know what the heck is going on..

I was hoping that you would have had some results by now. We both had been waiting so long to hear something from CSC. I just cannot understand what is taking them so long with your case. None of it makes sense at all. They now have your bio from the N400, surely you will hear something within the next week or two. Do you think they may have lost your file for I-751? It isn't fair how they make people just wait and wonder and worry all this time Please keep us updated!

Just a quick update on my case, last week I received a biometric appointment for my son. Why they couldnt do that last year when I was there goodness knows, but then thats USCIS for you isnt it? I will keep the forum updated with any further developments.

To the others out there still waiting, I am thinking of you all too. Good luck, hopefully we can end this process soon.
