Hi everyone,

can someone please add me to the list. my package was mailed on 6/23/11 to Vermont Service Center. NOA1 was received on 6/27/11. Biometric appointment was on 8/5/11. Still waiting as of today

well guys i think its time for me to do something i guess.

i'm not panic but the thing is this f*****g wait game is like never ending.

i had my biometrics on 29th june of last year and ever since then have heard nothing from these a******s (uscis).

everybody else is getting approval letters but i'm yet to do so.

i don't know what the f/*k is wrong with my case everytime i deal with uscis.

k1 = 2 years ( which usually takes less than 6months)

aos= 1 year (normally done in 4 to 6months)

now this I751 is taking too much time. i'm sick of this #######.

anyhow i just need some suggestion here.

should i call them up and ask for a service request since its almost 10months now.

and if so, i once read i need to talk to level 2 officer something like that right ?

well please suggest ?

I too, am still waiting for approval. I filed at CSC.. I phoned them and put in for a service request almost a month ago... Still nothing... Also, when i phoned, i asked to be put through to a level 2 officer and the person wouldn't put me through. They wanted to handle the request themselves...

But i know how you feel. I am so sick and tired of all this waiting!

It can't hurt for you to put in a request.. You may get lucky and they may deal with your case straight away or you may end up still waiting, waiting.........waiting...... I will never understand the workings of USCIS.. There doesnt seem to be any set pattern or rhyme or reason on how or why they approve certain cases while others have to wait forever for no apparent reason.... Anyway, good luck with putting in a request. I hope you get a speedy result

Hey there VJers!

Another VSC to add to the list! I guess i'm the one to mark the 50% approval rate on the VSC

Alright, no letter in the mail in here. I was waiting for it, since it seemed that almost all of you got a letter in the mail.

I did subscribed to the email updates but no email came in either.

I've just checked my case online on the uscis.gov website and.. Here we go!

They approved me yesterday! March the 5th! Please update the list!

Here's what it says:

On March 5, 2012, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I wish the very best to everyone of you! And.. check your case status online! You'll never know!
