I have been watching this thread for a while.. I am also a June filer in VSC.i received my approval letter today in mail. The approval letter is from Newark nj office but mailed from Vermont. I filed on 06/22 , noa date : 06/27, biometrics : 07/19 , approval date : 02/27. Thank you everyone since all the posts here helped a lot.

Hello, everyone! I'm a new member. Adding myself to the VSC list now! In regards to my process, my case was never touched or updated online. It still shows "Initial Review". I didn't get any emails or texts, just the approval letter in the mail today, dated 2/28/2012.

Hello All,

I got approval letter in the mail today; the decision date was on 2/24/12. I didn't get any email or text even though I subscribed for both, but when I check my case online the status is "post decision activity". The letter is from the local office in Oklahoma City, but mailed from VSC (05479).

Hope we will hear more approval for the rest of us who are still waiting. Good luck!

Hello All,

I got approval letter in the mail today; the decision date was on 2/24/12. I didn't get any email or text even though I subscribed for both, but when I check my case online the status is "post decision activity". The letter is from the local office in Oklahoma City, but mailed from VSC (05479).

Hope we will hear more approval for the rest of us who are still waiting. Good luck!

Received the green card frb. 21. After i received the approval letter on the 13, the website is istill in initial review. Then on feb. 15, received a text and email re: status: card production. Ordered the card on feb. 16, and another text and email on the 17, saying usps picked up the card. On

Feb. 21, got it from the mail. And 20 is a holiday. After that received a text and an email confirming usps delivered the card. So it goes that from the decision date on feb. 8, sent the approval notice on the 13th, it took only 2 wks. to complete the process. So there you go guys, just to give you a head start for those who are still waiting! Goodluck !

Approval is dated 2/28. Envelope is labeled VSC but the letter is from Fort Smith AR which is really strange because the office we have to go to for Biometrics is in Memphis....go figure. :blink:

Anyway, I'm glad that's over and done with, just got to wait for the card now B-)

well guys i think its time for me to do something i guess.

i'm not panic but the thing is this f*****g wait game is like never ending.

i had my biometrics on 29th june of last year and ever since then have heard nothing from these a******s (uscis).

everybody else is getting approval letters but i'm yet to do so.

i don't know what the f/*k is wrong with my case everytime i deal with uscis.

k1 = 2 years ( which usually takes less than 6months)

aos= 1 year (normally done in 4 to 6months)

now this I751 is taking too much time. i'm sick of this #######.

anyhow i just need some suggestion here.

should i call them up and ask for a service request since its almost 10months now.

and if so, i once read i need to talk to level 2 officer something like that right ?

well please suggest ?

Don't worry, you are not alone in the boat. I'm less than 20 days from my N-400 qualified date and I still got nothing from them.

Honestly just file your N-400 and force them to finish your ROC if you are still married and 90 days from your 3-year ann. of marriage (ROC extension expire day).

And I quote myself, "it's like poking a dead horse with a stick, you might get a wiggle once a while but most you'll get are farts coming out the @$$hole."

i don't know what the f/*k is wrong with my case everytime i deal with uscis.

k1 = 2 years ( which usually takes less than 6months)

aos= 1 year (normally done in 4 to 6months)

now this I751 is taking too much time. i'm sick of this #######.

anyhow i just need some suggestion here.

should i call them up and ask for a service request since its almost 10months now.

and if so, i once read i need to talk to level 2 officer something like that right ?

well please suggest ?

we all in same shoe and i know its so frustrated but i think from our exprience dealing with uscis and VSC before we all knew now how it goes i just wanted to mention something i noticed with VSC June filers that when they start to approve some was for the first 2 weeks of Feb and then we didnt hear anything till the begining of march again i didnt do my complete search on VSC june filers and as Steve said all you will gonna get a clean fart from uscis keep it up and hope we hear some good news this week
