I-751 June 2011 Filers

Don't worry I'm in the same boat. Fact is I'm a month away from qualified N-400 filing day.

Call them and request a Service Request on your case and hope they will response to you promptly. By the mean time prepare your N-400 IF you are still married.

I've called them, put in a SR, got a letter from the local office a WEEK after, saying that if I don't hear from them in 60 days (30 days b4 NOA expires) THEN call them.

Oh I've got an RFE more than half a year ago among a relocation notice but so far all I heard is nothing.

It's like poking a dead horse with a stick, it might wiggle once a while but don't expect anything but farts coming out of it's @$.

Thanks for your replay i tried to request SR and the answer was as long as am still in the timeline window which is now May 23rd 2011 according to VSC process time i don have to submit a SR

We received our approval letter today! As my wife (and I) say, "Thank you Lord..."

It was processed through Fort Smith, Arkansas. Decision Date 2/18/12.

By the way...we got no email notification, and no indication on the USCIS web site that we have been approved. We only got the NOA in the mail from Ft Smith letting us know. At this moment the USCIS website still shows us under "Initial Review" and only mentions they received our application back in June, in case anyone else wonders about that.

Approved!

Received my approval letter today, decision date is 02/21, didnt received any sms or email notification... Online status still says Initial Review.

Letter came from Vermont and said that I will receive card within 60days.

From the bottom of my heart, I wish that everyone whose eagerly awaiting for a decision from USCIS to hear something VERY soon.
