Got reply from the local USCIS office (LA) today, a week after I requested a case update.

What's in it? Teling me if I don't hear anything in 60 days from the date of this letter, call them.

OMG!! You're kidding????? I just can't believe why it is taking sooo long!! We are the very few here (June filers) still waiting for approval at CSC. What is the problem with them that they have to extend it another 60 days???... Is it really that difficult to look at your file after you put in a service request and all the other problems you have had with them along the way with your case??? (seemingly so it appears!).. I haven't heard anything since i received a letter from them confirming my service request and saying to wait another 30 days... I guess I too, will get a letter soon to say wait another 60 days..I am just getting soo very frustrated and annoyed by it all...

Look there is no point to get frustrated over this, we all know USCIS is selectively trolling some of us and getting a letter from them is no more than being asked "U MAD BRO?" in the face.

When time comes just file your N-400. If forcing them to finish your ROC by filing N-400 still results in a delay? I think we should start a class action lawsuit.

I am sorry I forgot mention that the decision date was 02/10/2012. Please update it in the chart. Also, the people at the immigration who changed my address for me through the phone were very helpful and kind. If are having trouble with your change of address or are not sure if they really changed it in the system I recommend you to give them a call. Good luck to those still waiting!

Hubby received his green card yesterday (2/21/12). He got the letter he was approved on 2/6, and then emails/texts started coming 2/15. We gotten 4 emails since stating every step from card production to receiving the card, just no approval email.

Hello everybdoy!!!

Congratulations to all who have been approved so far!! Finally VSC is moving!!!!

Well, I received my green card last Tuesday woohoo!!! I thought i was going to receive it next month or so because according to the letter, i would receive it within 60 days but it came two weeks later!!! I can finally rest and I think I am going to wait until next year to start my citizenship and hopefully will be done with UCSIS.....

Thank you so much for your help and hopefully everybody will receive good news in the upcoming weeks!!!!!

Don't worry I'm in the same boat. Fact is I'm a month away from qualified N-400 filing day.

Call them and request a Service Request on your case and hope they will response to you promptly. By the mean time prepare your N-400 IF you are still married.

I've called them, put in a SR, got a letter from the local office a WEEK after, saying that if I don't hear from them in 60 days (30 days b4 NOA expires) THEN call them.

Oh I've got an RFE more than half a year ago among a relocation notice but so far all I heard is nothing.

It's like poking a dead horse with a stick, it might wiggle once a while but don't expect anything but farts coming out of it's @$$.
