there have been no reported may vsc approvals. not surprisingly, the are no june vsc approvals either.

checking other immigration boards ive found this to be the case there too.

uscis is 'officially' processing april vsc cases.

Package sent on June 1st, received on June 3rd, NOA1 arrived on July 17 dated June 4th, and Biometrics arrived on June 17th, dated for July 11.

Since biometrics theres nothing still waiting... By the way its California Service Center.

My lawyer called USCIS on Monday Dec 5th, cause its been 6 months already but couldnt get a service request they said we have to call back if we dont receive anything after 30 days. They said its normal because when they say 6 months ( it can be more or less) plus they said that center are working on Applications from May 16th 2011 so they're little behind.

Hello Everyone,

I filed in the Vermont Service Center and my paperwork arrived there on June 1 2011. I had my biometrics taken on July 07 2011 (walk in) and I have yet to see any touch in the case online or to hear anything. I have called USCIS several times since DEC 1st (since it reached the 6 months threshold and all they say to me all three times is that they are processing April 04 applications. Is anyone experiencing the same? I really want this wait to be over, ( I bet its not only me)

Anyways, I appreciate everyone's feedback here.
