Hello everyone. I sent my package yesterday to California centre for remove condition of I-751.

Here is the documents :

- tax return 2008/ 2009/2010

- certificate of marriage

- 2 birthday certificate of our babies

- lease of rent ( both of in our name)

- statement bank ( both of our name)

- document fro IRS ( both of our name)

- copy of my green card

- copy of passport

- and application I-751

So just let you know guys and need feedback from you.

I guess you sent the most important requirements. I also sent some pictures of our vacations in the last two years, I think you just have to wait and relax :thumbs:

hi th3mo i remember you from when were filing the I-130.... you dont need to add any passport pictures.... and they will do an appointment for you for the fingerprints.... im still collecting my paperwork since i have to file in august.... it is true the cost is too much but its something that needs to be done as well!! good luck to you all

quick question guys does anyone got a letter from uscis asking them its time to file ?!!!! coz i got one by the end of May and my due lol (not due as pregnant ) is june the 15th any idea what that supposed to mean :whistle: PS: my GC expired Sep 15th

Hello everybody!!!

Yes, here i am again filing again!! :blush: I sent my paperwork on the 3rd so hopefully everything will be fine. This time i am not as nervous as the time i got my residency before...i think i got used to that already!! :lol:

Anyway, let's see what happens with us!!!!

Yes, I received a reminder letter to renew and my Green Card doesnt expire until mid August, so you aren't the only one :)

K1 Visa - 2009

March 7th - POE Newark, NY

March 30th - received SSN

April 25th - Married

April 27th - Changed name on SSN

AOS

May 12th - AOS paperwork sent

Aug 20th - Interview in Philly

Aug 21st - GC production ordered

Aug 24th - Welcome to the USA letter received

Aug 31st - Rec'd son's GC

Sept 2nd - Rec'd my GC ....all set for 2 years now

LIFTING CONDITIONS

June 20th sent I-751 to Vermont

June 25th received at Vermont.

June 27th NOA date

July 2nd Packet returned as section not filled in correctly---how stupid am I?!?!?

July 5th Packet sent back (overnight delivery) to USCIS with form filled in correctly

July 6th Packet received and signed for at Vermont

August 18th Biometrics Appointment in Philly........JULY 27TH EARLY BIOMETRICS DONE

Nearly 1 year later!!!
....received notification for my son to get biometrics done!(May 15th 2012)

May 11th 2012 Son's biometrics done early

June 2012 - Notice of lifting of conditions received

June 12th - texts- GC in production

June 13th - text- GC in post

June 15th - Received GC's!!!!!!

02/02/2012 - Phoned USCIS and put in a service request

02/08/2012 - Email from USCIS confirming my request

02/11/2012 - Letter from USCIS - says i should receive news within 30 days

03/14/2012 - Phoned USCIS again. 30 days has passed. no news. Took details again.

03/15/2012 -Received letter from USCIS - have to go to interview April 24th

04/24/2012 - Interview and ROC approved!!

05/07/2012 - Received email, card production ordered

05/11/2012 - Green card arrived

06/22/2012 - Mailed N-400 package to Phoenix/AZ Lockbox

06/26/2012 - NOA date

06/28/2012 - Check cashed

06/29/2012 - NOA arrived in the mail

We never got any and my GC expires on the 17th of this month. :no:
