Hi,

I received an email today saying my card has been ordered. Here's my timeline.

6/14 mailed package to CSC.

6/20 check cashed

6/22 got NOA notice dated on 6/16

? (before 7/2) got bio appt for 7/22

7/22 bio done

8/1 card ordered!

woohoo! I can't believe it's this fast.

Just an aside, I had a pretty weak package I thought I would probably get an RFE.

copy of our lease

copy of car insurance

copy of one recent bank statement

copy of one utility bill

2 signed statements from friends.

Just wanted to update With you guys that I got my card today. Sent on 8/2. Maybe mine was fast because my old one is expiring on 8/12?

I hate being last... hehe.

we go the 15th to our biometrics.... It is in Nashville. That is a little over 3 hours drive from us here in Knoxville. My wife hasnt seen anywhere west of us yet, so at least she will see someplace different. Here in Knoxville we live right in-between the Cumberland Plateau amd the Appalachian Mountains. The Appalachians are straight to our East. We cross the Plateau (sp?) going to Nashville. Would like to find a small out of the way place for a country breakfast on the way there.

Can we be added to the list of "waiters"? It seems much better to wait in good company.

Here is my process timeline:

I-751 sent: 06/13/2011

NOA1 date: 06/24/2011

Biometrics: 07/14/2011

Approved: still waiting

I had to move during the process, from Louisiana to Michigan, so I am a little worried that it can affect my process. I want to compare it with the other processes and see if it goes the same.

(I already notified USCIS about my change of address,I also called them to confirm and they said everything was good)

March 7th - POE Newark, NY

March 30th - received SSN

April 25th - Married

April 27th - Changed name on SSN

AOS

May 12th - AOS paperwork sent

Aug 20th - Interview in Philly

Aug 21st - GC production ordered

Aug 24th - Welcome to the USA letter received

Aug 31st - Rec'd son's GC

Sept 2nd - Rec'd my GC ....all set for 2 years now

LIFTING CONDITIONS

June 20th sent I-751 to Vermont

June 25th received at Vermont.

June 27th NOA date

July 2nd Packet returned as section not filled in correctly---how stupid am I?!?!?

July 5th Packet sent back (overnight delivery) to USCIS with form filled in correctly

July 6th Packet received and signed for at Vermont

August 18th Biometrics Appointment in Philly........JULY 27TH EARLY BIOMETRICS DONE

Nearly 1 year later!!!
....received notification for my son to get biometrics done!(May 15th 2012)

May 11th 2012 Son's biometrics done early

June 2012 - Notice of lifting of conditions received

June 12th - texts- GC in production

June 13th - text- GC in post

June 15th - Received GC's!!!!!!

Update:

I just recieved an Email and SMS to my cell that they approved the petition and card is ordered

My time line is :

June 24 package recieved by USCIS

July 14 biometic taken

August 9 approved/ card ordered

this is really good news,

hopefully all of us soo soon without any troubles

Meanwhile ,, members who got approved, how long it took to recieve the approval letter and the card?
