Tracking other ppl timelines

I noticed that some CSC get approved within 60 days after the Bio, and most of them definitly after 45 days nearly

VSC takes an average of 90 days of the Bio

again , every case is different, but this is the general I can tell from the timelines

Ok so i had my biometrics done. Now, how long should I wait in order to hear "some news"?

We did biometrics on 7/22. There is no update in the USCIS website indicating we have completed biometrics? Is it normal. Do they usually update? How soon do they update?

Please advice us.

9/19/2008 - Mailed I-129F by USPS Priority

9/22 - Mail reached USCIS - CSC

9/23 - Check Cashed

9/23 - NOA1 Notice Date (now wait and pray that NOA2 should come soon!!)

9/27 - NOA1 received by mail

9/29 - Touched (probably to correct typos)

9/30 - Touched

1/14/2009 - NOA2 approved

1/20 - NOA2 hard copy received

1/22 - NVC received petition

1/26 - NVC sent petition to Embassy

1/29 - Received NVC Hard copy

1/30 - Embassy received petition

2/3 - Received P3 from Embassy

2/3 - P3 sent by Courier from India

2/10 - Confirmed that P3 is in embassy's system (called embassy, DOS)

2/23 - Called DOS - Got interview date verbally

3/9 - Medicals Completed

3/31 - Interview Successful

4/3 - Received Visa

4/20 - Arrival

i agree to you, i am in july but i have been looking at the time frame and it feel that CSC is much more faster the VSC thanks i am in CSC because the longer it get it make you specious what going on let may every on of us pass through this time best of luck.......... :thumbs:

Sure. Here's the cover letter for I751 my package.

• Form I-751

• Copy of Green Card front and back

• Copy of driver’s license from me and my husband

• Rental lease agreement

• Joint tax returns for 2009 and 2010

• Joint bank account statements from Wells Fargo and AmericanExpress bank

• Employment verification letter for me and my husband

• Car insurance together

• Health insurance together

• Auto policy bill

• Reservations from trips taken together

• Pictures taken from trips together

• Receipts of taking community classes together

• Copy of wedding invitation

• Greeting cards and envelops from friends and family addressed to both of us

• Two affidavits letter from friends (one notarized, one not).

Noted: I printed about 6 pictures on 3 A4 paper using color printer. some of them were taken back in my hometown with my whole family in it.

Hi,

I received an email today saying my card has been ordered. Here's my timeline.

6/14 mailed package to CSC.

6/20 check cashed

6/22 got NOA notice dated on 6/16

? (before 7/2) got bio appt for 7/22

7/22 bio done

8/1 card ordered!

woohoo! I can't believe it's this fast.

AOS Short Version:

06/26/09 - Mailed package to Chicago Lockbox!

07/07/09 - NOA's Arrive for AP, AOS & EAD [dated 07/01/09]

07/17/09 - Biometrics Completed [ Completed in 17 Days ]

08/12/09 - EAD APPROVED! Card Ordered! [Approved in 47 Days]

08/20/09 - Interview notice arrived dated 08/18/09 - Sept 24th/09

08/21/09 - Got EAD Card in the mail!! :D

09/24/09 - Interview Date: 9:00am - APPROVED

10/03/09 -Received GC!!!!!

Total Days from NOA1 to Approval : 86 Days

ROC:

04/01/11 - Preparing for ROC currently

06/27/11 - ROC Mailed!

07/02/11 - NOA1 Arrived [dated 06/30/11]

07/13/11 - Biometrics letter arrived [08/01/11]

10/31/11 - Final Approval!

11/04/11 - Received new card today.

Total Days from NOA1 to Approval: 125 Days

Next Step will be citizenship in June 2012!
