Heheh Ameena is such a huge help . Nvc is sure very confusing because you don't want to mess up anything you have to be very very precise and active ( I wish my husband was proactive )

sarah, the AOS fee has nothing to do with ds3032. it will take a day, 2 the most for them to reply that they got it. just go ahead and email it again so your IV bill can be generated as well. trust me. waiting around for it did me no good. it just set me bac more than a week.

Whilst largely this is correct, but if you call them to enquire if they have recived it as suggested in the quick tips they will tell you allow up to 20 days for them to now respond.

This is not to say they will take that long, but I have been hearing of 2-3 days.

My wife called earlier today about my ds-3032 and I had mine within 20 mins, they will not contact the petitioner with anything until they know who to contact by your instructions via the ds-3032.

Remember this part of the process is more for the benificary rather than the petitioner although they are the agent, they will be asked for the documents required to complete the case.
