Hi, all. My wife received her EAD last night, and we sat down to do a resume. Since she had a sick father (Alzheimers) to support, she did work 2 jobs under the table. I'm cautious to put these jobs on her resume because of her AOS is still in process. If she cannot list these jobs, then her resume will just show her volunteer summer job from a few years ago. Would it be safe?

As far as i know the resume will not be shared with INS. Only if she was reported to IRS by the employer the information about her working may get to the attention of INS. Even though it will be "forgiven" since she is the wife of the USC.
