AOS Interview on Tuesday - dont think we have enough evidence

My stomach is in knots just thinking about this coming Tuesday.

I am worried that we may not have enough evidence.

We have the documents which we were required to submit with the original package but it is the other things to show proof of relationship that I am concerned about.

We have joint credit card statements, Joint Sam's club cards and joint cell phone statements - the bills are addressed to hubby but I am named on the actual statement.

We have no joint car insurance - as I dont have a drivers licence.

We have joint membership with Health Allies.

We have no wedding photos - just me and hubby went to the courthouse - we didnt need witnesses.

We have a handful of photos that we have together - we have no family pics as hubby has no family at all and all my family are in UK.

We have correspondence and cards addressed to us both including a wedding invitation that we received thru the mail Friday.

We have emails from hubby's business associates who writes it was good to meet with "You and your wife".

I thought I was collecting enough evidence but now it is all put together I am panicking.

Any suggestions would be most welcome!

10/01/08 Biometrics completed

03/02/09 Case transferred to CSC

04/04/2009 Received approval letter

03/31/2009 Date of Decision

05/01/2009 Card production ordered

05/07/2009 Received card

Your evidence is good and enough! What you and your husband need to do now is think about the other's daily routines, silly things like what color is the paint on the wall in the bedroom, sometimes they ask questions about things like that.

I think you will be OK - do you not have joint bank statements also; And/Or your name on the lease/rent/title of the house? Don't worry too much - Good Luck

March 17 Refiled using new I-751 form

April 16 Biometrics done

July 10 Green card production ordered

Jan 20 filed N400

Feb 04 NOA date

Feb 24 Biometrics

May 5 Interview - Centennial (Denver, Colorado) Passed

June 10 Oath Ceremony - Teikyo Loretto Heights, Denver, Colorado

July 7 Received Passport in 3 weeks

Shredded all immigration papers Have scanned images

We had about as much evidence.. And we're approved!

Oh, one of the questions that almost tricked me: my wife's phone number! I had to think about it, I mean, it's programmed in my cell.. luckily I could remember it! :D

Thank you everyone - I feel a little better now.

Normally I am a fairly confident person but this process has me like a blithering idiot!

I-130 for both parents

March 28th 2013 - Priority date/ NOA 1
November 14th 2013 - Transferred to Nebraska Service Center

January 7th 2014 - Case changed online to approved for both

January 8th 2014 - case changed to shipped to NVC

January 9th 2014 - case changed to NOA 2 mailed

January 10th 2014 - Received the hardcopy of the NOA 2 stating that NVC would issue a case number in 30 days approx.

January 21st 2014 - Case Received at NVC

February 26th 2014 - Case numbers and IIN number received - Wrong embassy code assigned...now waiting for new case numbers.

March 3rd 2014 - Filled in DS-261 for both parents

March 5th 2014- AOS available, paid and submitted AOS packet.

March 6th 2014 - USPS shows packet was delivered at NVC

March 10th 2014 - AOS shows as paid in the CEAC portal/AOS logged into system as being received by NVC.

March 11th 2014 - New case number assigned for my Dad.

March 20th 2014 - Paid IV fee for my Mum.

March 25th 2014 - AOS accepted by NVC with no checklist.

March 26th 2014 - Filled in and submitted DS-260 for my Mum

March 31st 2014 - AOS found in my Mum's file for my Dad - accepted and placed into his file/IV fee available for my Dad and Paid.

April 1st - Mailed all civil documents to NVC for both parents.

April 3rd: IV fee shows as paid in portal/submitted DS-260 for my Dad.

April 22nd: checklist issued for civil documents - NVC error ...

April 23rd: sent another certified copy of my marriage certificate

April 24th: Case complete! :)

April 30th 2014 - Medical scheduled for parents at Knightsbridge in London

June 11th: Interview at London Embassy - Approved :)
