:rofl: :rofl: I got case number and INN number today, i received no email what so ever so i checked avr and almost had heart attack when it said your case number is..lol..so if your not checking avr do so..my husband is sending DS-3032 via email, and attaching actual choice of agent paper along, operator said we could do that, no need to mail(i knew but nice for her to tell me she was awesome wish everyone could get her..) :rofl: let me know when you get case number!!

Hah! Congrats! I hope the rest of it goes smooth for you.. Must be nice to be out of the black hole! :) I'm pretty sure I'm days out, but glad to see them making progress!

Getting thru NVC went pretty quick for us. The waiting after is kind of a pain.

USCIS: CR-1

02/8/2011: Sent I-130 via USPS

2/18/2011: Received hardcopy of NOA1

5/18/2011: Received hardcopy of NOA2

NVC:

5/23/2011: NVC received petition.

5/25/2011: Called NVC received BGT# & Invoice#, gave emails

5/27/2011: Received email, DS-3032, AOS fee invoice

5/28/2011: Sent DS-3032 by email, Paid AOS fee online.

6/02/2011: AOS fee shows as Paid online, printed coversheet & Sent AOS to NVC, Recieved DS-3032 confirmation by email.

6/03/2011: Received IV fee bill by email

6/04/2011: Paid IV fee online

6/07/2011: IV fee bill shows as paid online

6/08/2011: Sent DS-230 packet to NVC

6/09/2011: NVC received IV packet per USPS

6/22/2011: False RFE for IV packet

6/23/2011: SIF.

6/24/2011: Case Complete

Getting thru NVC went pretty quick for us. The waiting after is kind of a pain.

yeah you zoomed through pretty quick ;) Had your NOA2 been about 3 weeks later you would still be waiting for NVC to receive it.. lucky!!! :)

I spoke to a supervisor at NVC tonight... Pretty frustrating. All I wanted them to do was to acknowledge that there was an issue with NOA2 paperwork coming out of California.. I asked "Are they sitting in California or in New Hampshire?" All I could get was "Yeah ether of those is entirely possible".. Very friendly but not giving up any information.

well i called avr because it was like they never even got my email with approval letter, even tho i got auto response they did..i thought well call again..lol..im done with paper work since it took so long to get uscis approval and i was with hubby for awhile i had to do something with the wait.. :rofl: im confused tho whether i the petitioner has to send my birth cert..i have his and my joint sponsors of course , but i sent copy of mine with I-130..?? :blink:

Go to the official web site for the most accurate list of what to sent. In general, the NVC wants just docs from beneficiary at this point - originals! best of luck!

I pray I hear something soon! I'm usually in jamaica about twice a month. But to give me a break, we decided that I wait until the interview date to return. What did I agree to that for?? My patience had been great since I saw him for 14 days a month and I always knew when I see him again. But now without a date, I'm a mess!!! Lol! So thanks for the hope!

You can still get an August interview. Remember, NVC schedules interviews ALL month long, not just the second week as they continually lie about.

Look on the bright side, at least you're done with NVC, its been almost a month since my approval and still they haven't even received my case yet. It makes me sick to my stomach :dead: :dead: :girlwerewolf2xn:

Did they actually check? Or was it just a script they were reading? "We only schedule interviews during the second week of each month for the next month. Unfortunately, you did not make it for August as August is all filled up." If they said that, then don't believe them.

Yes they said that and also to call back after August 17
