Thanks, yeah I keep calling AVR myself e-mailed them, I received a reply but no case # yet and my husband keep calling NVC, spoke to operators and what you said was true, there are some rude and some are nicer but the main concern is when we'll have our case #. :wacko:

you can ask if they had recivied it at NVC to see if its their. I had called the USCIS and they say the send them in bulk to NVC and always to cover themselves they say it will take 90 days as in the NOA2 that you recivie. Just like everything in the government is to cover themselves from stating any true facts about the process.

yes i agree no case number yet either but im after you but this whole process is waiting and more waiting..lol

--NVC received our case already but still waiting for case#, just happy that our papers are not lost on its way to NVC. I'm guessing you'll have yours soon too maybe by next week :thumbs: don't let them just do what they want, true they review and approve our petitions but we're also responsible on following it up. God bless and I hope for everyone's smooth visa journey. :yes:

They received it however it hasn't been uploaded into the system.. Called them today tho and they have approved the AOS and they created a false RFE for IV application which got delivered already.. Will wait another week and call them...

Your lucky that they were able to tell you that type of info. I had called them yesterday and they read their scrpit to wait 20 days.

yeah i haven't gotten case number too they said call after 15 days basically did now they're telling me call next week, what they said last week :bonk::huh:

Just wanted to give an update.. Sent everything to NVC.. I sent AOS a week ahead of IV package. They still say they haven't received any of the items.. So am patiently waiting for them

PLease update your timeline - I am confused about how you sent your AOS & IV packets if NVC hasn't received your approved petition from CSC. they have to issue and be paid for invoices before you sent the packets with barcoded cover sheet. If you update your timeline then we will understand where you're at. I have June 27 NOA2 at CSC and my petition is in the batch that hasn't been received at NVC yet.

Their approved petition arrived at NVC mid-June if you read previous posts. Perhaps you're mixing up members?

And good luck with your process. Hopefully you get your NVC case number soon along with the IIN.
