YEAH!!! THIS PROCESS IS SO CRAZY!! IT'S LIKE WAITING WAITING WAITING AND THEN BANM!!!!kicking.gif I'M SO GOING TO THAT SEPTEMBER FORUM!!!!

congrats to all the sifs and CC that is awesome! :dance: i finally got my choice of agent approved after operator had me mess up but all is good now..hopefully can get rest going..:D

Hey there! Well.. I called early today and they said they had my I-130 but no case number yet and to call back a bit later.. I just called now and the lady said "Well your case pops up but there is no number yet please hold" five minutes of music and then "Hi! ok.. Your information is in the computer but they have not assigned you a case number yet, you should call back on August 2nd"

hahahaha! yeah I think I'll go with the earlier operators recommendation and call back tomorrow..

So anyway.. they have it at least.. but it has all the feel of a really dragged out process..

Have you sent your DS3032 email yet??

yes just for your info , they do not have to receive the notice email to send it(beneficiary) you can send template as soon as you get number, the first operator had me scan the ds3032 and send but they wont take it so that put me behind about 4 days..but now i called yesterday and they approved same day they got email, for template..:) glad they got your case was starting to worry..and yes i think dragging i think they're behind or maybe just lazy... :rofl:

Called three times yesterday and one of the times my wife was online to hear the same thing I keep hearing that they have no more appointments for August and to call back August 17. Today the same thing with a small silp of the tongue say July so I dont whats going on with them on thier info. So I made sure that their was no appointment for August and she said yes their are no longer appoinments in August. :whistle:

Called today same thing call back August 12 :whistle:

I got NOA2 approval on 20-Jun-2011. I just called to NVC, they receive my case on 20-Jul-2011 but haven't put it in the system and ask to me call back in 4 to 6 weeks... But I think case number will be assign much sooner than that. :)

Oh definitely. If they received your case yesterday, then they can input it any day now. Just keep calling twice a day to see if a case number has been assigned!

just paid IV bill:) :dance: do i send in receipt with package or just cover letter..i forgot ?? :blink:

Just the 'Document Cover Sheet' from the payment portal. And it has to be the first thing in your package.

My case closed on the 12th and have been calling for interview date but they say theres no more so ill have to wait for a September date.. that i have to wait to hear something during the second week of august! grr!

USCIS (155 Days)

12/20/2010 - Mailed I-130 to Chicago Lock Box via USPS Express Mail

12/22/2010 - Delivered (online tracking confirmation)

12/27/2010 - NOA1 Email and Text from USCIS. Off to CA!!

12/30/2010 - NOA1 Hardcopy Received. Priority date is 12/22/2010.
