Waooooo! i am so impressed with the type of responses i got. I just want to thank everyone who have taking their time to helped me out of my problem.Thank you one more time and appreciated. One good thing about the responses i got was that everybody say the same thing and almost what all other people having been telling me[friends, relatives, co-workers]. i am more convinced now that i should let her be for good, and follow up with my divorce process instead.

I spoke with her yesterday after i finished posting [usually with a block number, because i have changed my number to the state i am right now, and i dont want her to have my present number]. There was nothing much to say.

About the person that say, i am not in love but in lust i think you might be right. But when you are in "true" love you will find it hard to let it go easily. The The reason why i was toleranting all of her assults on me was because i assumed she will change and realize her mistakes, but it only get worst.

Thank you all....

I am surprised, after all this drama if you have never written to USCIS to pull the case back nor you tried anything from your side to stop the immigration proceedings.

Seems you just sat there and let whtever happen – that would be ignorance from your part.

You went to another lawyer and re-opened the case – are you for real………..

my question now is;

1.what is going to happen to her at that court?

2.is there any thing i can do to save her from deportation as my wife?

3.can she still get the GC,can i file an appeal letter to USCIS?

thank you.

i think you love the licks that you were given.. because you explained that this knocked your shoulder out of place and had a bloody face. Do you think this is normal..? You think this is a wife..? Ha you cant be serious.. no love in this world is that strong.. none after dealing with these things. She wanna set u up.. ok and u moved but you're still trying to be in her presence by helping her to stay... only so she can find you over time..?

Hope this makes a turn for the good sorry to hear of this crazy woman who has caused a shift in your life. This will help you to better identify these things in the future should it every happen again.. so count your blessings.

Are you serious? Homeboy I advise you not to walk but run, run, run and dont't look back! You said it yourself that you know she does not love you, all she wants is the GC and SHE BEATS YOU UP! This is an accident waiting to happen you better leave before you get killed. She laid her bed let her lie on it. This is not a question of being judgemental but a case of someone taking advantage of someone in love...please my brother seek either professional or spiritual help because I do not see any good ending if you try to "save" this woman, let her be deported to her village where she came from and move on with your life. She does not deserve you and you deserve someone that will appreciate your love and return same to you. You said you overheard har plan to set you up and and you still want to help her? This woman is EVIL! Even if you still want to proceed with the filing she already has a record of abuse and could be denied, but why go through that when you already have a way out. Listen my friend, God is talking to you LEEEAAAVE!!! I know you are in love, but trust me time heals pain. You will look back at this one day and you will ask yourself #######!then you will laugh and thank God. Be strong and be safe.

; Walking away doesn't always mean that you're weak, sometimes it means you're strong enough to let go...

I read your story, and sometimes I was like, W to the TF. :wow: She has done so many nasty things to you, and still you want her to stay here.

Isn't that what she has set you up for? Using you for a GC? Real love my *ss

Love is a partnership, not some one way street. Get her deported, and make it's that UK guy's problem, not yours.. She wants him in the end after all..

Tell her that you won't do anything to make her stay, let her get deported so she can be with this guy. That's what she wants, right? :hehe:

Get over her, don't feel sorry for her....

If you don't accept the fact she is a bad person and you want to give her an other shot (hopefully not), Than you give away the chance of meeting someone special who will treat you like you supposed to be treated in a relationship.. Hugs and kisses, instead of beating, air kisses instead of yelling.. (L)

GOod luck!

Thank you guys once more....i find so much relieve in all your comments.

@Denio, you are right my brother, not ordinary..not until i ran away from her. thanks.

@ Harsh_77,I have already written to USCIS to stop the processing the day after the interview. After she came from interview she was "bragging" the interview was smoothly and she going to get her GC in the mail soon. The interviewer was so nice to her and i am the one in trouble now with USCIS. From one of my friends that visited my house that day told me she threw up party and started cursing me so seriously and sayin"shame on him", "God have giving her the GC" and she is not going to give me "divorce" as a punishment for not going with her to the interview. She went on my Facebook and wrote all sort of lies about me and told people i am bad person. Since then, i have deleted her from my Facebook and yahoo messenger. we only communicated through email and phone[block number from me]. Few days later, i received letter from USCIS putting stop to the processing.

Her 30 days voluntary deportation will expire on June 23rd. and her court day was slated for June 30th.

Make sure you are documenting all of this. She may go to interview and tell them that you have left her with nothing and that you are abusing her. I have never been surprised at the lengths some people will go to get what they want.

The court records are easily obtained. But all the other evidence. You say your house, are you renting or owning? I hope you have good insurance as I see this woman tearing the place apart and costing you a fortune. Unfortunately, she is legally your wife and you can not "make" her leave. You may want to go to interview to protect yourself from any lies.

Also, I recommend you get some help for yourself in the form of therapy. After going through all this, you definitely need some, I might add you need some for letting yourself go through all this. There is nothing weak about getting help either. You may discover a better you in the long run. Take care and give us an update after the hearing.......

I am a USC,i met a lady who is on F-1 visa and we fell in love. we started living together for two months before we decided to get married. But the moment we got married, she started misbehaving. she started calling one guy in UK and telling him how much she loved him and she cant wait as soon as she got her GC to come and be with him. i was so furious and mad when i discovered the secret affairs between them.Instead for this lady to apologize and stop the secret affairs, she started cursing me and telling people i dont want her to talk to her old friend. i was so depressed and could not do any thing. Because of my insistency, she started beating me up. she beat me several times that at one point i have to call police on her, after i dislocate my shoulder and my face was full of blood. she was arrested and charged for second degree assults.

soon, the letter for the interview came, i saw it and i hid it from her. after the interview date has passed, USCIS wrote us [both us separately]. she was told to leave USA within 30 days. i was told reasons why her i-485, was denied and options left for both of us. because of the love i had for her i went to court with her and she got probation before the judgement for one year. there after we got another lawyer and reopen the case.

after this letter, she was alittle bit sober and reduce the number of time she talk to the UK guy.But she never felt remosed for her actions. she kept cursing and threatened me to retaliate. i later over heard her telling one of her friend " she is going to set me up". that day i moved away from to another state. on the day of second interview i didnt show up. later i received later form USCIS that all our application had been stop and no further action.after that she told my friend, she has been sent a court letter to appear.

my question now is;

1.what is going to happen to her at that court?

2.is there any thing i can do to save her from deportation as my wife?

3.can she still get the GC,can i file an appeal letter to USCIS?

thank you.

Well...

Emotional prospective: I think this is awful. I am sorry to hear this.. If I was you in this situation I would divorced her and notified USCIS. Aside from emotions..

Legal prospective: You committed a Federal Offense by hiding government correspondence to your wife. I think this is the biggest problem and if she is aware of that she may get back at you through that. She may claim this in court. This is also how she can stay and in the country.. She can claim that you hidden this letter and this also constitutes abuse and she may get VAWA. This is a legal prospective. I am sorry. In your present situation I would rather get a criminal or family lawyer to protect yourself rather than saving her.
