Hi everyone, this my 1st post...please be considerate :)

Even tho i think i have read everything on this website i still think i need some advice from you guys, don't wanna hire a lawyer and don't wanna make mistakes on the very beginning of the process, we're about to prepare the I-130 package and mail it to Chicago, the guy at the Belgrade embassy told me that IR-1 is more of a complete process in compare to k3, and that the waiting period is almost the same, so why bother with k3, still don't know if my wife is pregnant...shes left for NJ 3 days ago and I'm here in Serbia and i have no time to waste, so please help me cause i wanna get my visa asap, and just so you know i'm 31 and shes 42...
