Forms don't really expire, but are sometimes relaced when needed. That date shows when the form must be review by the Office of Management and Budget (hence OMB date) for the Paperwork Reduction Act.

Visa has arrived! 3 working days after the interview and it got here at 9am, pretty good considering I only paid for the standard delivery. Hooray!

My fiance and I are waiting for the interview date, He just completed all the medical...

I was assigned my interview date 3 days after I had case complete at the NVC. I think your K1 though so im guessing its a slightly different process.

Fingers crossed you get your date soon!! :)

Total time from posting I-130 to VISA in hand 7 months 21 days :D

Yeah i guess thats ok.

If they give me a date, ill just have to ask them if i can change it to something after the europe trip, and ill just ask for one beginning of september.

Our packet 3 was finally logged today, now it's just a wait to see when our interview is :thumbs: Hope that doesn't take too long :whistle:

How do you find out if and when its logged etc??

I just called NVC and they said i had to call London?! :S

Sorry to hear this jingo. Did you give them a date of travel or a wedding date? I know they did it for us most likely only because we are getting married on the 6th and the flight is on the 29th. The date of the 25th for an interview didn't give enough time to get the visa. Either way I know it sucks but please don't lose sight of how far you have come and how close you really are! :)

8th June 2011 - Medical Exam (£273.00 for medical & MMR/Tetanus injection)
