What all vaccines my husband need?? and when I went online to view the vaccines it said something about I693 form what is that all about???? do he need to fill out this form when getting his vaccine done??

My husband is going to the clinic next Monday to see get updates on all his vaccine that he had gotten done when he was a child..that is why I am asking what all he needs to get done before he is schedule for his medical...

matter fact can Jamaicans schedule their own medical appointment instead of waiting on the nvc to schedule their appointment for him or what??

Timeline

Anyone ages 18-64yrs old are required to have Tdap, MMR & Varicella(or history of having chicken pox). All other vaccines are optional. The kingston embassy's website doesn't give many details about the medical exam process but I believe you can schedule an exam with one of their embassy physician's as long as you have your NVC#...however, it states you will need your appt letter & medical form filled out to bring to exam (is mailed to you when your interview appt is scheduled) I found the info here...

09/30/2011: IV Pkg Sent

10/24/2011: RFE (we dragged our feet from here on)

(forget all this for now, let's go on holiday!)

03/13/2012: NVC CASE COMPLETE!!

04/05/2012: Received interview appt email

06/22/2012: Medical @ Knightsbridge

06/29/2012: Interview 8am-Result: Pending

??/??/????: I601 Filed at Lock-Box
