yes, the dumbass should have followed the officers direct request to comply. he didn't. he got complied. same end result. any injury is his (the dumbass's) fault.

The lack of respect he showed this officer means nothing to you. The guy was warned. I would imagine that these officers were briefed on what might happen and how to handle it. They were just doing their jobs. To me this is a childish way of handling it, these people could of gone about this a much better way.
