Are you people serious? She is a grown woman! You act like she's a 5 year-old baby or something. Lots of VN Seniors (over 70) on tourist Visas travel by themselves just fine.

And if the Mom-in-law is strict (still practicing the old VNese traditional customs), she wouldn't come to pick up her soon to be daughter-in-law (K-1 cases) if she (the beneficiary) and he (the petitioner) already engaged in sexual activities. But this is the 21st century where married folks think prostitution should be legalized.

Just remember, life over there in VN is NOT real! Your money will be worth a LOT less once you get back over here. Back to reality, cowboy!

I am about to go pick my wife up in 3 hours. My

mother is with her, so I feel less nervous. I am going bring some roses and spent two hours yesterday cleaning my house. It has not hit me yet that she will be in my arm in 3 hours ( I worked the overnight shift, so I am very sleepy).

"annnd I think to myself... what a wonderfullll worrrrrld."

My wife and my mother came out of custom sooner than I expected. I was a little surprise to see her standing right there and hugged me. For this special occasion, I bought roses, balloon, flower, chocolate. My wife is surprised how romantic I am; I always thought I was romantic thought :)

In any case, I am having a lot of sex!

is it wrong of me to have requested wheelchair service from EVA because i'm afraid my fiancee will get lost? i just wanted the transfer part from taipei but they couldn't do that so we're getting it at lax also.

anything to let me sleep better that night :)

I imagine EVA won't be too happy about it if they find out she's not disabled. There are always tons of Viet Kieu on those flights, and the overwhelming majority of them are all going to the same transfer line in the airport. There are plenty of people she can ask for help, and practically zero chance she'll get lost. The airport in Taipei is pretty well organized. For the most part, you just follow the crowd.

When they leave the gate entering Taipei there is a usually a member of the airline directing people to destination points. Key word she should know is transfer. Pay attention to the Taipei gate number and they should be all good. My SO is coming on EVA Friday too!

Yeah, that's pretty lame. There are plenty of people there to help passengers find their flights.
