Self Generated I-864

Hello I am getting ready to send my self generated I-864 I was wondering if some one could give me the exact order of the packet. I was also wondering if i need certified copys of my W-2s and Pay stubs.

When i sent my I-864 i put first the paper with the barcode my 2nd page is my cover letter indicating which documents i sent to them. This is how i arrange and the documents that i submitted:

1. Your generated paper with barcode,

2. Cover letter ( like a table of contents of the following documents below)

3. I-864 (Original Copy)

4. Employment Business Letter (Start of Work, Position & Yearly Gross)

5. Paycheck Stub (3 months of Paycheck)(Photocopy)

6. IRS Transcript 2005 with W2 ( Transcript are Original from IRS and my W2 is photocopy) (Stapled together)

7. IRS Transcript 2004 with W2 ( Transcript are Original from IRS and my W2 is photocopy) (Stapled together)

8. IRS Transcript 2003 with W2 ( Transcript are Original from IRS and my W2 is photocopy) (Stapled together)

03/08/2019 - Case Txt/Email Notification for activity.

03/08/2019 - Fingerprint Waived.

03/18/2019 - Letter Notification Received for Biometrics waived.

06/03/2019 - Received Biometrics appointment notice  (usps). (notice date 05/24/2019)

06/04/2019 - Sent request to reschedule biometrics appt for 1 day delivery using usps since wife is out of the country.

06/05/2019 - ASC center received request to reschedule biometrics.

07/23/2019 - We ordered your new card online status!

07/24/2019 - Case Approved online status.

07/31/2019 - Received Green Card!

Nice description! I have added one more thing, that is, the authorization of the tax release information. The I-864 does not need to be notarized. Only the most recent year's tax transcript and W-2 is required, but one can send last 3 years' transcripts, if he/she wants.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
