Est. how many days to receive Visa from day of approval at interview?

We have a June 21st appt date for our K3 but all our paperwork for our approved I-130 will be at Manila Embassy way before our interview. We will be most likely processed through the CR1 and trying to get an idea of how long it will take to get the Visa in my wife's hand from time of interview because we need to book an airline ticket. Prices are already around $1,000 for One Way Ticket to Washington D.C. and ANA Airlines offers NO PENALTIES for making changes to trip plans. We would just have to pay the price difference in fare at that time. Anyone have some good estimates of how long it will take to get Visa in my wife's plan upon approval at interview?

Hey, Here in london i have read that it could be as quick as the next working day .. but im guessing two or three days after your interview the visa will be with you

oh FYI i have found that a reyurn ticket is cheaper than a one way ticket.

my friend's us visa arrived on her doorstep a week after her visa interview.and then her fiancee bought her a ticket dated june 8.but the problem is..she haven't yet attended a seminar for PDOS/CFO.

by the way, im awaiting for my visa to arrived. i was interviewed at the embassy last may 24,2011.and the embassy people told me that my visa will arrived 2 weeks from the date of the visa approval.i told my fiancee not to buy yet a ticket for me and for my daughter..not unless i have the visa on me. and also i need have to attend the pdos.

My wife will be attending the seminar this week so it will be finished way in advance. Is there such a thing as to request "expedite" of Visa delivery if we pay extra to Embassy or 2GO Service?

We would like to book a flight for 8 days after interview because anything after that is 3 stop plane ride instead of 2 and the price jacks up. ANA airline doesn't charge any fees for changing flight times and dates but we would have to pay the price difference if there is any on the ticket.

in the phils, give at least 2 weeks maximum..
