From what the vaccinations nurse told me, the form WILL say incomplete because of the tetanus jab needing to be re-done every 10 years, and that there isn't a chickenpox vaccine in the UK.

She told me mine would say incomplete and that I shouldn't worry.

Your mileage may vary though, and I am sure NickNich will be along shortly ;)

Edit: I see you're already in the US(?) - I could in fact be talking rubbish... :P

You have to get the missing vaccines and then your records transcribed to I-693. All your vaccinations have to be completed.

If your form says incomplete and you are filing AOS you should worry. All required shots need to be up to date and documented on I-693.

Agree with PP. If you've never had chicken pox you need the vaccination. If as you say it's not available in the UK then you'll need to get at least the first shot in the series and have a CS do the vaccination transcription in the I-693. Failure to do so will result in an RFE and you'll have to do it anyway.
