Interview Q re: copies (Montreal)

We are starting to make lists of everything we will need for the interview. I was wondering, do we need to make copies of the 1040 for 2010 and the transcripts for the previous years? We have one copy of the 1040 printed and transcripts have been ordered, but they're both pretty lengthy and we didn't want to make copies of them if we don't need them. We plan on doing copies for everything else, but we figure between the length of the 1040 and the transcripts and the fact that that information is easily verifiable by the DOS we weren't sure if they were necessary.

Also, my fiance has a certified copy of his divorce decree - do we actually need to order a CERTIFICATE or will the certified decree suffice? He is in GA, if that helps, so they don't by default issue a certificate. If the certified copy of the decree will suffice, do the extra copies need to be certified copies or we can just bring the one certified copy we have and a couple photocopies of that? We'd rather not have to spend money on another certified copy if we don't need to.

Thanks in advance!

And one more thing - I paid the online fee of $350.00 before I booked my interview, although the CSC website says I need to bring that to my interview. Is that just the case for people who haven't paid online or do I really need to bring another $350.00?

I didn't make copies of my fiance's tax returns (W2s and 1040s). I simply handed them what I had. I have them in PDF form on my computer, though, should I ever need them again for anything.

Hopefully someone else can answer about a divorce decree, I know nothing about them.

If you paid the fee online, there will be a part of your interview confirmation page that says MRV Fee Receipt and gives a confirmation number. That's all they need to see to prove that you've already paid.
