DS230 DS156K ....

Hi all,

I am sending the package to embassy and have a question. On some of the application forms we have to fill out, the signature section says "subscribed and sworn before me..........on this day of...........at..........US consular officer............ " Does this mean we will literally sign these areas at the time of interview in front of them. Or do we sign before we send it in?

Alos, do we fill all 4 forms, DS230, DS156k, DS156 and DS157............ It seems like 3 of these forms are non-imigrant visa applications and the DS230 is an immigrant visa application. Those forms that ask for your sworn signature etc., they usually have a big black bolded letters saying DO NOT WRITE BELOW THIS LINE. So don't sign them they should be signed when you are asked to sign them at the interview.

But remember you have to use the latest forms.

Yes fill out all the forms on the instructions they sent you. The K-1 is non-immigrant but also in a way immigrant so just do what they ask.
