NVC payment center database error

I have paid AOS bill online, and my bank acct online shows paid. but at NVC payment center, it shows "database error" from last night till now. Anybody has had this kind of problem, now or before?

But even the website is functional, will we get AOS cover sheet in email over the weekend?

Their web site goes down occasionally...usually when you need it to work. Keep trying. The had scheduled maintenance on the same day they closed my case and I was getting a SIF, but wasn't sure it was a real SIF until they finished their maintenance over the weekend.

Yeah, an extended holiday weekend at that.

BTW, all I ever got was an e-mail containing the receipts for the VI and AOS bills. They never sent me anything else. I had to download the coversheets from their website. That may or may not be the norm, but that's what happened in my case.

the payment center is still not working. can't check AOS fee status. same database error stuff.

anybody is experiencing the same?

Hi, yes I had that too! But I called NVC and listened to the prompt message and it says paid and wait for furher instructions for the next I-864 instructions . Need not worry about it. Just keep calling them. God bless.
