I am double-checking all of my documents before I send them off. I have a quick question regarding my fiance's G-325A.

There is a question that asks: "Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than 1 year"

- She recently moved and has only lived at her current place for about 3 months. Should I put this down even though she hasn't lived there for a year, or should I go further down the timeline and find the next one where she's lived there for at least 1 year?

My girlfriend has never had a real job. She just goes to university. Under the "Employment" section, should I write "unemployed" or does any one have any suggestions on how to deal with this question?

Thanks!!!

Based on my understanding, under "Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than 1 year" I would put the last place she actually did live a whole year at, not the current one. But the current 3-month addy should go under "Applicant's residence last five years. List present address first". I think that "address outside the US" question is more intended for a USC, but of course it needs to be filled in.

I would write "none" under name of employer and "unemployed" under occupation. Then date from 5 years ago until present. That's why they say "If none, state so". They don't care if the beneficiary has a job or not, they just need accurate information.

This is info I've gathered from reading other forum posts on this site.. You could use their search to look up keywords for these questions to get more confirmation.
