I actaully doing the document and I am the petitioner.. All she did was sign and provide me the information

My husband speaks no English, so I filled it out and just had him sign it. I also put my name in #44. I don't believe it'll be an issue.

My husband and I sat down on my second trip and looked at the forms we knew we would need and I wrote down all the answers to the questions. He only signed one (my mistake). We had to get him to sign a few more sets and mail them to me because of my errors. We did answer that I helped him with the form. He thought my handwriting was better than his and I felt better about writing it out myself. The embassy did ask him if he had help and did he understand what he had signed and he joking with them said my wife wrote it all.....but he did tell them he DID understand all the questions and the form. I hope this helps....many of us here have filled out the forms for our spouse and let them sign it. The time limes for jobs was alot of work for my husband (Im really glad we sat down for that and finally figured it all out).
