It's okay for me to write my name the petitioner for filling out the application in line 44.. it ask were you assisted in this application and if so the name of the person..???????????

My wife signed the document and I filled the information in with her help on skype......

It's line 44 of the ds230 ... fed ex document I am confused... She signed the ds230 and I like most of the petitioners fill out the document...I was just wondering if her naming me as the one who helped with the form is okay

fyi....my husand adil put together his ds230 and we went over it together because we wanted two sets of eyes on it while filling it out....then he fed exed it to me and it only took 4 days from pakistan....so if she can fill it out and print it from her side she can fed ex it to you and probably be here within a couple of days :)

I guess you could put that you helped but we didnt...ijust looked over the document carefully making sure he had it correct....

overnight the package from her country to here....like express mail it...

my wife english not good she is self taught.. She can talk but writing is another story

Her g-325 she signed and I filled out>>

can you fill it out for her and then pdf it to her to print and she sign and overnight it? then you can put your name as helping to fill it out :) that way it has correct info all consistenly filled out the same way and her signature :)

She sent ds3032 copies already signed with her police report, marriage, birth and divorce certificates.. I asked her questions on skype and filled out the form...

yeah you should do that then since all the other things are done.... i didnt put my name even tho i looked over the document and made sure his info was filled out correctly but if you feel safer then go ahead...and since her english isnt good you probably should ;) i know it gets crazy at this level but you wont be here much longer you will finish nvc soon and have interview ;)

this is a tough call

is a spouse suppose to help his wife fill out form..NVC can be picky

yeah it is...and i cant answer that bcos we didnt have that issue...ill look for some answers as well and hopefully between the two of us we can find it :) no worries

08/18/09: I-130 Sent to Chicago

08/20/09: I-130 Received by USCIS

08/25/09: NOA1

09/22/09: NOA2

10/05/09: Received case# and gave emails

10/07/09: Received DS-3032 and AOS email

10/09/09: Sent DS-3032 email to optin electronic filing

10/15/09: Paid both AOS & IV fees

10/16/09: Received email electronic filing accepted

10/18/09: Sent AOS via email

10/23/09: Received email that AOS was accepted and waiting for IV

10/27/09: Sent IV via email

11/10/09: Signon to payment failure
