SLEC pre registration for US Immigrants You can fill this out prior to save you time in que.....best of luck/wishes on a successful medical!!!

I looked at the SLEMC pre registration form here for a cousin who has a scheduled medical exam on July 1 at St Luke's. What does the "nee" after the name mean? What did u do with the box?

nee - (meaning literally `born') used to indicate the maiden or family name of a married woman.

Example: Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton

Hillary Clinton nee Rodham.. isnt google great? :lol:
