Hi All,

I'm Beneficiary and have received the following forms: DS-230 part 1, DS-156, DS-156K & DS-157.

I have filled them out however was wondering whether there are examples of how to fill the forms correctly? I'm worried I might miss out vital information and there are parts where the information requested is really confusing.

For example, DS-230 Part 1 form question 14 asks for Name of Spouse. Are they asking for my fiance's name or the name of my ex-husband??? The way they asked for information is really out of context.

Please help. :help:

Thanks

Sacha

At your consulate's website you should find printable versions of most of the forms required for packet 3 and the interview. A couple will have to be filled out by hand.
