Who was approved on Aug 28? from CSC?

and who reached NVC already?

I emailed NVC last wednesday.(6th Sept).and they havent even emailed me back yet.. :unsure:

whats the longest people waited for an e mail reply?

Aug 2001- met in highschool in US

Feb 15 2006- sent I 129

Feb 17 2006- NOA1

Feb 23 2006- *touched*

April 1 2006- still waiting =(

July 10 2006- touched!!

July 11 2006- touched again!!!

July 24 2006- touched (RFE in email)

Aug. 7 2006- RFE in mail

Aug 15 2006- sent back RFE (the wait begins again)

Aug 26 2006- touched (RFE recieved)

Aug 28 2006- APPROVED!!!!!- after 192 days~!

Sep 3 2006- get NOA2 in snail mail

Sep 13 2006-NVC recieves case!!!

Sep 18 2006- NVC sents case to Embassy!!

Sep 21 2006- Embassy recieves!

Sep 27 2006- Embassy send interview packet!!

Nov 9 2006- Medical completed

Nov 20 2006- Interview APPROVED

Nov 22 2006- picking up my VISA

NOV 23 2006- leaving for ATLANTA

we were approved aug 28 from CSC, and the petition reached the NVC yesterday (8th Sept). Yours will most likely be there also..

give them a call, speak to an operator and they will give you your new case number.. they will ask you for your CSC case file number, the beneficiary's name and dob.

we got approved on the 28th too... emailed NVC last tuesday and by friday they sent us a reply that they havent got our file yet :crying: i hope to hear some good news tomorrow :yes:

Citizenship N-400

4/15/2010- sent my N-400 via fedex overnight

4/16/2010- signed and delivered

4/29/2010- check cleared

man, I called NVC today and they still havent recieved my case..damn..whats going on? I ve been waiting long as it is.......

I was approved on Aug 24th and kept calling NVC everyday (after a couple of days) to see if they got it yet, because I needed to change the address, they (people and the automated system) kept saying they didn't have it yet, untill I called Aug 30th and they said they got it, approved it and sent it to the embassy "yesterday" - Aug 29th, I guess. I was amazed.

I eventually got the standard mail notice a few days ago dated Sept 1st saying they "will" send it to the embassy. The embassy still doesn't have it yet though, so go figure, I don't know if it's the embassy processing slowly, or the NVC completing the case but not physically sending it when they said they did, or some combination.

K-1 Visa

I-129F NOA1 : 2006-03-9

I-129F NOA2 : 2006-05-9

I-129F RFE(s) : 2006-07-?

RFE Received : 2006-07-11

I-129F NOA2 : 2006-08-25

NVC Left : 2006-09-01

Montreal Consulate received

and forwarded to Vancouver : 2006-09-13

Vancouver Received

Packet 3 Sent: 2006-09-19

Packet 3 received 2006-09-25ish

Packet 3 Forms faxed back: 2006-09-29ish

Date set for interview 2006-10-5

Interview: 2006-10-25
