So my fiancée had her interview on May 24, 2011 and received temporary rejection for missing police certificate. Apparently they needed police certificate from the capital city and not from the city where she was living all her life. Tashkent is the capital of Uzbekistan and my fiancée is was born in Bukhara and still lives there all her life. Embassy wants the letter from Tashkent. We have immediately placed a request to obtain police certificate from the capital city and will request for follow-up interview after we obtain police certificate and translate it. Should we wait until the police certificate on hand with its translation or should we contact embassy to schedule and interview in advance? Did anyone have experienced having second interview? Do they ask the same questions again? Do we need to bring all the documents again? Thank you!
