Plenty of great places in America to eat. Hell we are such a diverse country that we get the best of all countries. This comment you made only proves my point. You think very little of America and that attitude follows you every where you go.

As far as RWNJ's go, we are a divided pretty evenly in this country when it comes to politics. Like I said you are trolling.

Perhaps the biggest negative to the USA is it's inability to allow even one tiny little negative without branding someone as the enemy within

It's insecurity and shows a nation not at ease with itself. Get some REAL self confidence you Yankees. When you realise you have many positives, you will be able to allow furriners to say one tiny eeny weeny little thing they don't like about the joint without going all paranoid and defensive and forming a militia

I bet you have worked with people who can't take a little teasing without getting aggressive - they are a pain aren't they ?

I am an American citizen who thinks the food quality is bad - am I allowed to say that or did they sign me up on a falsehood ? and does it make me an 'America hater'

I address one issue at a time and there are some things I like and some things I don't like about the USA just as there are about every country I have visited - every country in Europe/Russia /Saudi/NZ /Australia etc etc etc and last but not least Britain

I assess every one of then give my opinion on the pluses and minuses

Anyone who goes in a pub in England and gives a list of pluses and minuses will be joined in the criticisms by the natives. It's not like that here.

The prickliness and defensiveness and paranoia come out at any tiny little thing

Its the same where I live in Washington State. The locals ask me how I like it. I give a long list of things I think are great and they are all smiling. Then I say " Its a bit far from Seattle airport though". They stop smiling and turn their backs. Not one tiny thing is allowed.

That is a microcosm of how many Americans deal with the slightest negative

The whole world knows it so its not something I have come up with.
