NVC case still not completed

I'm in EP. I sent AOS docs on May 6 and IV docs on May 11. NVC acknowleged via email receipt of both sets of docs. Yesterday I wrote GUZ to ask if my file has been received, they responded that it has not yet been received. I am under the impression that GUZ should have received my case by now. Is this something I should be concerned about? If so, how to proceed?

I have a successful optin, paid AOS, sent in AOS docs, paid IV, sent in IV docs. I've received email confirmation that AOS and IV docs were received. I can still logon to the payment portal to see my AOS and IV paid status.

Suggest you call NVC, talk with someone about checking the EP queue, to pull stuff out of email to add in to yer casefile.

Here's the convo to use:

Hey ! I need to check on the status of my case -

it's an EP case for China -

No No, you can't see EP status on your screen, get me a supervisor, hurry hurry !

Alrighty - you fellas pull out of your email system, my files, have them added to the casefile? No? Why Not? What's up? No No, I don't have to resend them to you, YOU need to find them - pull it out by my email adress, detach the file attachments, put into my casefile in SAFEFILE, hurry hurry.

I think you are little rush in the process since only 15 days from the date you submitted your documents. After NVC receives your AOS and IV, they will review them and make sure they have everything they need. If not, NVC will send you a REF. If yes, they will send you an email saying all necessary documents they need are received. They will start to set an interview date for her. Then your case will be forwarded to Guangzhou. It took about a month for us. Hope yours quicker. Everyone is waiting in the line.
