Hello all,

My fiance has his interview in London next week and I mailed him my I-134 along with its supporting documents: letter of employment, last 3 years tax transcripts, most recent pay stubs (3), bank and savings account letters. I didn't think of sending my W2 since the same informations are present in the tax transcripts. My question is will they ask for the W2??? As anyone gone without them and was approved with no problem?

Thanks in advance...

No Tax Transcripts trumps the W2s. What is you list is perfect.

You only need tax information if you are self employed.

Read the instructions here (see supporting evidence): http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-134instr.pdf

I took the last tax return anyway, even though it is not required, just so I had it. Only the employer letter was asked for.

If you are self employed it doesn't say anything about W2's.

Goodluck! :)
