Ok, another stupid question

What name do I use on all the forms (I-485, G-325A, I-864, I-765) for AOS and EAD? Do I use her new married name or her maiden name (that we used for all the K-1 documents)??

If we use her married name, do we need to go to the SS office to get her name changed before submitting the packet?

Use her married name. You don't have to change the name with SSA first.

Use what ever name she would like to use after married. If she wants to use her married name then pt her married name in all forms. You can send in your AOS without changeing her name on SSC. After she gets her EAD or GC what ever comes first, then she can go change her name in SSC to match her card.
