I am still waiting to get my NOA2 so meanwhile I am prepping all the papers that will be needed for the embassy and interview. For the visa a police certificate is needed, obviously. My fiancée is Paraguayan and he got his police certificate for Paraguay but he lived in Argentina for 2 years serving a religious mission. Will he need to get a hold of an Argentinean police certificate?? If so any suggestions on how to do so..?? Thank you for any suggestions offered.
