No NOA1 Since 2008

Since 2008 my husband told me he sent our packages but we never recieve a NOA1,And Even this year,he sent again the packages last February but he still Not recieve a NOA1,We are married 3 years,2 months and 7 days but we still not together.Congrats to all who are live with thier love ones.all i need is to be patient and Trust to God!......thanks

What's the husband's status in the US? LPR - USC?

If the check has not been cashed nor a NOA-1 received then either the package was never sent or it was sent to the wrong address. The NOA-1 is just a receipt meaning the package was received along with payment.

Actually, we don't even know what OP's husband even sent out, if anything.

OP, did you give him your birthcertificate, and did you fill out a G325A form? Did he have a copy of your marriage certificate in English? Where did he sent the package (it's one only) and what form of payment did he use -- money order, check?
