Hi,

I'm new to this forum, please need some help.

My mother has filled the petition for my sister. She is a unmarried son of a US Citizen over 21 years old.

Form: I130 sent on 04/04/2011

After two notifications from Uscis, on May 19 we received form DS3032 which my sister filled out, scanned and sent it back ( I am her agent, so I am the one who receive every email about the case from NVC)

The same day, May 19, we received the PAOSF I-130 with the link to complete the Affidavit of Support processing fee ($88.00)

After had completed the payment we received the confirmation and receipt from NVC with the case number, the petitioner name (my mom), the applicant name (my sister) and the correct address for the US Embassy in her country.

My question is: Why they have placed her visa under category IR5 if she is not a Parent of a U.S. Citizen who is at least 21 years old.

The process is going super fast for us, we need to send the Affidavit of Support forms already, although we haven't received the link to pay for the visa.

I am super confused, I know that this is a wrong visa category for my sister, but I don't know if I should call them to ask about it or just wait until she is schedule for an interview, maybe is something relate to the country procedures, or maybe the have made a mistake?

Please any hint would be really appreciate.
