I too did the same and sold my car, that i like very much, to get married, fund her engagement ring and misc wedding things. But its ok because I just bought another car that I like even better. Rewards pay off at the end when you make sacrifices.

Yeah I sold my sweet ride also. A BMW Z3 Roadster cherry apple red, black soft top. I bought a Ford F-150 and her a little KIA. Sold my main house and now in the process of selling a couple of parcels of land I own near Huntsville to buy us a house near our church that she can make ours. She has turned a small business I built last year that I thought would take years to establish into a thriving business. Life is good for us and I know it and thank God for giving me this chance at happiness.

We waited until she got the pink slip to make reservation. We were able to book the only remaining day for July 4th with Korean Air for $855. The next available was September according to her findings.

oh ic...the tix was for july so you weren't afraid of any delay to the visa.

i want my fiancee over asap but we'll just wait for the visa to come first, then i'll check orbitz for the earliest/cheapest flight out of HCM available.

oh ic...the tix was for july so you weren't afraid of any delay to the visa.

i want my fiancee over asap but we'll just wait for the visa to come first, then i'll check orbitz for the earliest/cheapest flight out of HCM available.

Do not buy the ticket early unless you are in a position that the change fee would be no issue... Too many have been burned that bought before the visa was in hand and then something minor delayed them for weeks..

Oh noezz... you got my ticket! :crying: J/K Our interview still not for 2 more weeks but I have my return on KA set for the 4th. I am expecting it to change.. but that was the preliminary return date if everything happens to go perfectly (yeah, right). Well if my honey gets blue.. maybe I can escort your honey back instead of mine! :rofl:

We finally got the pink. So happy now. Will pick up visa next Friday June 3rd. :dance:
