CAN I CLAIM CITIZENSHIP FOR MY BABY?

hi all vj members i have been reading a lot as a visitor on this website,and just decided to join as to get more information in my vj.i have a question i would really be greatful if anyone could answer me, i marraide my spouse in 2007 then we filed i 130 in 2008 while he was lpr he became usc in dec 2010,we had to transfer my 3 year old daughter out from my i 130 to uprade the case from f2a to ir1,my question is we had a new baby boy in march 2011,after my hubby became citizen in dec so is my som eligible to claim citizenship and how? thanks in advance

Kids Born of a relationship w. a US Citizen at Broad have to be reported to the US embassy as soon as Possible

The Baby will be a USC and will get a SS# ah New Birth Certificate from The US embassy and also a US Passport .

There is a cost is been more than year for my SON however i spend over 400 dollars just to get his US documents and his citizenship

He can be once a Consular Report of Birth Abroad has been filed and acted upon.

filed CRBA for my daughter and all it took was a few weeks for them to take care of the passport in the States and send it over to the Manila U.S. Embassy. :thumbs:

4/14/2011: NVC RECEIVED-NO CASE NUMBER YET

4/19/2011: CASE NUMBER ASSIGNED

4/21/2011: AOS BILL PAID

5/04/2011: IV BILL GENERATED AND PAID

5/11/2011: AOS & IV PACKET SENT

5/13/2011: NVC RECEIVED

5/24/2011: RFE

5/25/2011: RFE SENT

6/02/2011: ADVANCED MEDICAL DAY 1

6/03/2011: ADVANCED MEDICAL DAY 2 PASSED

6/08/2011: SIF

6/09/2011: CC

7/15/2011: 2 YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

8/03/2011: INTERVIEW
