Yes, my sister finally has her Immigrant visa!!! They received her DNA result, called her and told her to come in anyday, M-TH from 1 pm with a new police report (I guess old one has expired)! and her medical results (she never submitted one at the initial interview..long story short, she got her appt letter late and was not ready with medical when she reported for interview).

She said that they did not ask questions, just collected her police report, medical, ans passport and gave her the Welcome letter!

Now, she still has to conclude her school and will not leave NIG till a few days shy of her six months visa deadline. But we are happy to have the process over with!!!!

God is good!!!!

Don't press that expiration date too much. She has to enter the US before the visa expires.

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!
