Ok, I got a sponsor for my husband....so that is all covered but I live in low income housing...will I have to move? can he live here with me without becoming a public charge? I would appreciate any feedback thank you!! :)

Yes, he can live with you. Whether you'll have to move depends on the rules of your local housing authority. If they work like most means tested benefit programs work then it's a half and half situation. If your husband works then his income can be considered as part of your household income in determining your eligibility. However, he HIMSELF can't be considered as part of your household because he's a sponsored immigrant. In other words, it might make your household income look higher without making your household size any bigger, which could result in you no longer being eligible. Check the rules of your housing authority.
