can i proceed to medical exam even i dont get any appointment for interview yet from nvc to the embassy of manila... , i just dont want i be delay on medical if interview will come.

Yes, you can have the medical before an interview date is assigned. The Philippines is one of a few countries that allows advance medicals. You just need to bring correspondence from NVC that has your name and NVC case number on it and you can get it done ;)

Saylin is right...my wife just finished up yesterday with the advanced medical. You need a copy of your NOA2 to prove you are eligible...I think my wife also brought copies of the AOS and IV receipts as well, but I'm not sure those were even required.

Some people have luck just giving NVC Case# when booking medical...St. Lukes is where your medical will be right? Call & ask...it says on St. Lukes website that you should have interview appt letter/email "if possible". Click through The Medical links on embassy's website & read all that you need for interview prep. Good Luck!

My guess would be that NVC is waiting on Manila to issue your appt. date...I would get on the phone to Manila and find out why you've been waiting for over a month. Maybe someone with experience at that embassy has more useful info..I hope you hear soon!

Don’t book any ticket at this time. You have not passed the medical or interview. Wait for the visa!
